Beyond your base compensation, you'll receive a comprehensive package of benefits designed to support you throughout your journey, including:
Surrogates can earn between $10,000 - $30,000 in extra allowances and bonuses, depending on key milestones and the completion timeline. Health insurance, medical expenses, and all out-of-pocket costs will be fully covered by the intended parents.

The Surrogate Process
Becoming a surrogate is a beautiful journey of helping others create families. Here are the steps you'll take to join our surrogate program:
1.Initial Connection
Your journey begins with our online application. Once submitted, our caring surrogate coordinator will reach out to discuss your application, walk you through the process, and address any questions. We'll need two simple forms signed to proceed with your background check and medical records request.
2.Getting to Know You
You'll complete our surrogate questionnaire, sharing your story and what makes you and your family unique. This helps us understand you better and creates your confidential profile that we'll share with potential intended parents.
3.Medical History Review
We'll request records from your most recent pregnancy doctor. Our Fertility Specialist will carefully review your medical history to ensure surrogacy is a safe option for you.
4.Personal Consultation
One of our experienced physicians will schedule a phone consultation to discuss the surrogacy journey in detail and answer all your questions.
5.Health Screening Process
You'll visit one of our clinics for comprehensive medical screening, including:
- Standard blood work for infectious diseases and prenatal testing
- Drug screening
- Physical examination
- Ultrasound of your reproductive system
- Consultation with a high-risk obstetrician
- Your partner will also complete infectious disease and drug screening tests.
6.Emotional Well-being Assessment
A conversation with our licensed psychologist helps ensure you're emotionally prepared for the surrogacy journey.
7.Home Visit
A friendly licensed social worker will visit your home to confirm you have a safe, nurturing environment with a strong support system.
8.Finding Your Perfect Match
